What exactly is PULSER?
PULSER is an e-commerce intelligence platform that combines AI-powered product discovery, trend analysis, and automated multi-channel listing generation. It connects to your stores on Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and TikTok Shop and helps you find winning products, generate SEO-optimised listings with Claude AI, and publish them everywhere in seconds.
How much does PULSER cost?
Pricing is shown on the Subscribe page. Plans are structured around the number of listings generated and channels connected. All plans include the full feature set — no artificial feature gates between tiers.
Which sales channels does PULSER support?
PULSER currently integrates with Shopify, eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and supports sourcing from AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping. We're continually adding new channels — check the dashboard for the latest integrations.
How does the AI listing generator work?
You select a product from the Discover feed or enter your own product details. Claude AI then generates a platform-optimised title, full description, bullet points, and optional ad copy — tuned to the specific algorithm and character limits of each channel. You review, tweak if needed, and publish with one click.
How does the trend discovery feed work?
PULSER aggregates signals from Google Trends, platform search data, social media virality, and historic sales velocity to score products in real time. Each product gets a PULSER Score (0–100) based on demand momentum, competition level, and estimated margin potential.
How do I connect my Shopify or eBay store?
From the Setup tab inside the dashboard, click "Connect Store" and follow the OAuth flow for each platform. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once connected, PULSER can read your existing listings and publish new ones directly.
Is my store and customer data secure?
PULSER connects to your stores using official OAuth — we never store your platform passwords. Store and order data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal inside the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain full access until then.
I found a bug or have a feature request — how do I report it?
Head to the Contact page and select "Bug Report" or "Feature Request" from the subject dropdown. We review every submission and prioritise fixes and features based on user impact. For urgent issues you can also reach the team via email directly from the contact form.
